Summary: Not a bad mic stand
Comment: I bought this mic stand because it came with the needed 10' usb extension. The stand and the cable both work as expected and without problems. The stand itself seems to be a little on the lighter side, which might be a plus for some. As long as you don't swing it around like a weapon it's sure to last.

Summary: A wobbly microphone stand
Comment: With the mic stand I bought, the lowest screw doesn't thread properly -- it seems way too small for the screw hole. I can stand the thing up without tightening the now useless lower screw, but the stand is kind of wobbly. I put some electrical tape around the bottom pole to tighten the gap between the pole and the bottom sleeve which seems to help a bit. I'd be willing to spend a few dollars more, though, for a better made stand. FYI.
