Summary: Is Not Compatible With Guitar Hero
Comment: Do not buy this drum set as a stand alone for the Guitar Hero. I wish I would have studied up on this before buying it. We bought the drum set assuming it would work with Guitar Hero World Tour...we were wrong. My 7 year old is very dissapointed and so am I.

Comment: Our younger son just goes to town on this drum set. My brother-in-law says he is 'sick' which I guess is good...
It seems to be holding up to daily pounding, I was concerned that it would break soon, as I had read elsewhere. I understand the manufacturer will send a replacement ASAP as there is a lot of competition for sales this type of game and they don't want to lose out.

Summary: Rock Band Drum Set
Comment: The game itself is ridiculously fun. The drum kit pedal needs to be reinforced however. After a few weeks of stomping, it will crack. There are plenty of aftermarket metal replacements for this problem. The new drum kit is rumored to have a metal foot pedal.
I look forward to the Rock Band 2 kit and to the Guitar Hero World Tour kit as I use this every day. I'm completely addicted.
