Editorial Reviews:

Imagine being able to play with Legos without having to get all the pieces. Now you can with Lego Indiana Jones. It takes the fun and creative construction of LEGO and combines it with the wits, daring and non-stop action from the original cinematic adventures. With a tongue-in-cheek take on these original adventures, LEGO Indiana Jones follows Dr. Jones's escapades through the jungles of South America to the mountaintops of India where you will build, battle and brawl your way through your favorite moments, from Indy's entanglements with snakes to his dashing boulder run.

Customer Rating: Summary: Whip Snapping Fun! Comment: I bought this for my 10 y/o son and he really enjoyed completing the game in less then a week. I would say it is comparable to the Star Wars Lego game as far as skill level. My son wasn't even expecting this game and found it to be a great suprise Christmas gift. Service was exceptional as usual from Amazon!
Customer Rating: Summary: Lego Indiana Jones DS game - Very good game! Comment: I just got this game for christmas and really like it. It's quite a interesting game. I love the graphics and game play about it. The movie clips and mini games are awesome in this game. Get this game if your a big lego fan like me.
Customer Rating: Summary: Indiana at his best Comment: A great game that has given my 10 year old daughter and I hours of fun. The game is pretty close to the movie storyline. The lego format of the characters also transforms the actions into fun.
Customer Rating: Summary: Legos Games Are Always Fun and Easy Comment: I like the Legos games because they are not too difficult and you don't have to redo things you've done already when you die. You just come back at the same spot, minus some money. I had already played Legos Star Wars, so it is getting a bit tiresome to have to break every single bush, tree and piece of furniture in the room, but you have to for a) the money and b) sometimes a bigger prize is revealed if you break everything first.
This game is short. You can play it through in a few hours, and then you have to play it through again with a larger team to get more of the prizes.
But, as usual, the "acting" by the Legos characters is funny and these games really capture the spirit and the sets of the movies.
Customer Rating: Summary: Countless Hours of Fun Comment: Eighteen levels really doesn't sound like much for a video game, but there's so much to this game that eighteen will keep me occupied for a while. I bought this game because I had the original Indiana Jones many years ago for the original Nintendo Entertainment System and loved it. This one is even more fun.
First, the LEGO aspect really brings out the kid in me. The graphics are adorable. (Sorry guys, I mean FIERCE!) The action is fast paced, but not so much so that it's discouraging. The game presents a challenge for your hand/eye coordination as well as your mind. BUT my favorite feature is that you get to build stuff in the game using stacks of LEGOs.
Getting through a level doesn't mean you're done with it. You can unlock a "free play" mode for each level and go back to collect things you missed the first time through. By collecting artifacts and other available items, you unlock more features of the game like the ability to utilize other characters in "free Play" mode. In other words, there's a whole lot to do and way too much to explain in a review. I very strongly recommend this game whether you're a fan of adventure games, Indiana Jones, LEGOs, or all of the above.
